World Class! The Test Kitchen is one of those spots where truly everything is on point. Located at the Biscuit-mill in Woodstock reveals a lot about what is being cooked up in Luke Dale Roberts kitchen. The new up and coming urban area inspires each and every dish in many ways, as hipster meets chic. The concept of the menu is straight forward and to the point where no decision making will trouble ones thoughts as a tasting menu of 7 courses for lunch or 9 for dinner is awaiting ones expectations.

Where every dish is so unique that one is excitedly irritated by the mixture of flavors put together and cant wait to  be served the next one. It is for sure a must try when coming to Cape Town, but be aware ones you booked your flight, better book your table as waiting time can be up to 4-5 months. Worth the trouble? DAMN YES!
